We appreciate your input. We read these reports from our customers several times a day. I have also started a local Carpet Machine Bulletin Board/ Forum. There isn't much there yet. I'm mainly going to be dealing with subjects that deal with cleaning and what you can do to keep things right between our visits. I welcome your participation, and you can stary forums on any subject you wish. Any of you who are good at this stuff and want to contribute please call me. I will set you up as a moderator.
